First gig with the new rig last night (GR Bass ONE800 with AT212Slim 2×12). Lots of sound, clean tone from the B string to the G string, and going from about 130 lb. of gear to under 30 lbs is magic. Killer Tone, unbelievable weight. My only complaint is that I wish there was a handle on top, as it’s easily carried in one hand, but balances poorly when grabbed with a side handle. It’s so there with what really counts though. Wicked cab!

This cabinet was purchased for use with louder bands or at larger venues and it’s incredible. In the past I’ve tried other cabinets but always ended up selling them because I don’t like to deal with heavy gear. I can carry this cabinet with one hand. The sound is also crystal clear, and because there is such clarity to the sound I don’t have to turn up as loud to hear myself. I’ve been using smaller amps at larger venues for years and have put myself at the mercy of the sound man to fill things out with monitors, but with portability and sound quality this cabinet has given me so much more freedom on stage. Truly a game changer.
