Where Is There A Shipping Charge On My Order?

Because we’re a small independent business that does not get the shipping rate discount given to large businesses.  We simply can’t absorb those costs and stay in business. So, we apply a fixed subsidized shipping fee to offset the shipping and insurance fees couriers charge to us. And we pay the balance of the actual cost. When possible, we pay the extra fee to up delivery service to express.

Shipping Exclusions

Sale items unless otherwise indicated. Addresses within Newfoundland Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Vancouver Island, Yukon, PEI, remote or off-continent. Addresses which incur extra courier/freight fees will be invoiced prior to your order being shipped. Orders that are approved for return will have the full cost of the actual freight charge applied to your return credit.

Delivery Time

We know you’re eager to receive your order. We process orders as promptly as possible; shipment paperwork (boring and takes time), and pack your order for a safe journey (boxes get dropped).

Delivery Address

Credit Cards and PayPal require orders to be shipped to the verified address of your account. You can pay with an Email Money Transfer if you want to use a different ship to address.

Shipment Tracking

We’ll setup your email address to receive notice of shipment with the tracking number from the courier/freight company. Please check the tracking status often for updates and for out-for-delivery status. Couriers might leave the shipment at your front door without ringing your bell (contactless delivery). It is your responsibility to make arrangements to securely receive the shipment.

Shipment Stolen From Delivery Address

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any shipment that has been damaged or stolen after being delivered to the receiver’s address. Theft is very common from front door/porch, condo/apartment entry points. If this happens to your shipment, you will have to file a claim with your home insurance company.

Damaged Shipment

You must notify us by email within 24 hours of receiving the shipment if your order arrives damaged. Otherwise the sale is complete and final.

Lost Shipment

If your order is lost in transit – we will notify the courier on your behalf and file a non-delivery claim. The courier will do a shipment trace and contact the receiver (you). We have to wait for the courier to issue payment to us before replacing your order.
