Lightweight Vertical 2x12 Bass Cabinet

GR Bass AT212Slim+ is a lightweight vertical 2x12 bass cabinet that delivers the thunder. The slim vertical form allows you to fit on tight stages. And it delivers big low end, great clarity and punch, with authority. You can carry this 900-watt 2x12 with ease as it weighs a mere 28.5 lb. Gig bag on your shoulder and the 2x12 with one hand.

Aerospace Technology Makes AT212Slim+Best

AT212Slim+ is made of carbon fiber material that was developed for the AeroSpace industry for its rigidity, consistency, durability and reduced weight. Most important, carbon fiber has better focus, detail, punch, richness, and a more open soundstage than any wood bass guitar cabinet.

Custom Designed Speakers

GR Bass speakers are designed for each bass cabinet model. So, the combination of the carbon fiber cabinet and the custom speakers together makes the AT212Slim+ the best-sounding 2x12 bass cabinet.

You'll Hear The Difference

Play your bass through the AT212Slim+, and notice clarity and definition throughout the entire fingerboard range. A key factor is that the sound of your bass, along with any pedals or EQ, will be accurately reproduced. You, the band, and the audience, will hear your sound as you intended it to be.

I bought the ATCube800 in 2021, used it for home practice and smaller band practice as a decent combo. I bought for its low weight and good sound and wasn’t disappointed. When joining a larger band recently, it clear from the start that I needed to expand my setup to a bigger cab. It’s been a real pleasure dealing with Dave in finding the right product. He quickly gave me options that would make me use my current combo amp, saving money while acquiring this fantastic piece of gear, the AT212Slim. To put it in his words: it’s a beast. A really powerful cabinet that can be pushed. It makes all the difference in the world to have this sound, in a low-weight package. Thanks Dave!

WOW !! This cab is « THE CAB » I search for a long time. Very lightweight, sound loud, punchy and tight! I used it at my band practice, we play ’70s, ’80s and ’90s rock, with my Orange terror bass 500 amp and, in the « mix » it sounds like no other cab sound before! Active bass or passive bass, this cab is just perfect!
Go get one, and you won’t regret it!!

Sorry people, I’m one of the reasons why this cab is currently on backorder…managed to get one in November. Paired with the GR Bass One 800 (see my review), it’s a tight, clean, punchy combo. It was funny watching the guys in the band “assume the sumo” when getting ready to lift this cab…then essentially throw it into the air.

But weight aside, I was primarily interested in sound, and this thing sounds great. With rigs I’ve used in the past (not cheap ones either) I often got murky in the mix. And often one of the two basses I used live (when that was a thing) sounded pretty good; the other one not as much. No issue with the One 800 / 2×12 Slim setup…sits beautifully in the mix and sounds great no matter what bass is used. And the sound is pure, tight, punchy, blahblahblah. Just buy one…
