Shipping Information

Delivery Time: We know you’re eager to receive your order. However, we require 48 hours to process orders; prepare and pack, and then ship from our shop.

Delivery Address: Credit Cards and PayPal require orders to be shipped to the verified address of your account.

Shipment Tracking: this will be provided on your purchase receipt which will be emailed to you.

Signature For Delivery: Shipments with pre-tax value over $99.00 CAD require signature for delivery.
Why is this required? Theft of home/mailbox deliveries is very high. Couriers will not pay a lost or a stolen claim on shipments not requiring a signature. We have this policy to make sure you securely receive your online order.

Insurance: all shipments are fully insured unless waived by the purchaser.

Damaged Shipment: If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. It’s your responsibility to do this. We will then notify the courier on your behalf and file a damage claim. The courier will make arrangements to return the shipment to us for inspection.

Lost Shipment: If your order is lost in transit – we will notify the courier on your behalf and file a non-delivery claim. The courier will do a shipment trace and contact the receiver. We have to wait for the courier to issue payment to us before replacing your order.

Free Shipping Exclusions: Sale items unless otherwise indicated. Addresses within Newfoundland Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Vancouver Island, Yukon are not eligible for free shipping. Address which incur extra courier fees.

Free Shipment orders that are approved for return will have a freight charge applied to your return.
