We know you’re eager to receive your order. However, we require 48 hours to process orders; prepare, pack, and ship from our shop.
Credit Cards and PayPal orders to be shipped to the verified address of your account. You can pay E-Transfer if you want to use a different ship to address.
Upon shipping your order, we’ll setup your email address to receive shipment notifications directly from the courier/freight company. Please help us and the courier by being available to receive your shipment. During COVID times, couriers are no longer getting signatures upon delivery and may leave packages at your front door.
You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment if your order arrives damaged. That’s the time window allocated by couriers. If it’s missed, we can’t file a claim on your behalf.
If your order is lost in transit – we will notify the courier on your behalf and file a non-delivery claim. The courier will do a shipment trace and contact the receiver (you). We have to wait for the courier to issue payment to us before replacing your order.

Sale items unless otherwise indicated. Addresses within Newfoundland Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Vancouver Island, Yukon, remote or off-continent. Addresses which incur beyond service extra courier/freight fees.
Free Shipment orders that are approved for return will have the cost of the freight charge applied to your return.
