wn to the headless design and finish initially but after picking it up to feel how light it was, well balanced on the leg and tone control, I was sold. This bass thrives on a light touch playing style but still allows you to dig in nicely. The volume difference when switching between passive and active is fantastic with little difference in volume when eq is flat and not overwhelming when eq is turned up.

d great to deal with. I didn't know how great Cort basses were but after a few minutes trying this bass at the store, I was done and had to get it.

years and this is my first time trying the medium light gauge. Just like the other Elrick bass strings I’ve used, these have a solid clear fundamental and a beautiful top end. They stay in tune right from the start and are extremely stable. I was a little concerned that the gauge would feel a little “thin” but they actually feel great - not a huge difference in touch to the standard gauge. Combined with the Modern Vintage MVP4-62 bass, every note sounds & feels deep and solid with a great twang on top.

and finish is impeccable. I did have to make some slight tweaks for my playing style but I am loving this bass the more I play it. No neck dive and a super comfy neck to boot. Tones are classic, yet modern as well. Outstanding all around, and Dave's knowledge and advice on his merchandise is second to none...thanks Dave.
