GB-Modern 4-String Bass Features
GB-Modern 4-string bass is a game changer. Cort developed it the J-Bass enthusiasts with a surprisingly lightweight design for greater comfort and enhanced playability while reducing fatigue. The body is cleverly designed to be light without physically tempering the body. The Maple body core is paired with light-weight Paulownia wings, then is covered with gorgeous Poplar Burl on the top side and White Ash on the back. Roasted Maple Neck and Fretboard
By treating the Maple in an oxygen-free oven at a high temperature, the wood stabilizes and develops a golden-brownish look for enhanced stability as well as a more vintage type of look and a big bolder tone.
