'70s Jazz-Style Body & Roasted Maple Neck
The V8 4-string bass features a Marcus Miller-approved body shape made of Swamp Ash to produce genuine jazz sound. In combination with that is a premium neck made of an aged Maple that is achieved by the meticulous process known as "Torrefaction."
Marcus Miller Heritage 3 Preamp
Onboard active 3-band preamp with volume/tone, blend, treble, bass, middle frequency controls allows for lots of tone shaping. Also included is a switch for operating the bass in active or passive mode.

Sire Marcus Miller V8 4-string bass has signature Jazz-style bass pickups made with USA plain enamel coil which produces a higher resolution and clearer sound coming from the '70s pickup spacing.
